We began with a simple in-kind effort—running a small tuition support campaign for children in a low-income neighbourhood through personal networks. While our on-ground work is still at an early stage, this experience has shaped our long-term goal: to expand support to government schools in underserved areas and work with communities to steadily strengthen local capacity to address learning gaps. We are learning as we go and aim to grow this impact over time.

Ramesh Bojjapelly is an MBA graduate with over two years of experience as a Vidya Volunteer (School Assistant) in government schools. He currently supports students at MPPS Vellampalle on a part-time basis, focusing on foundational learning and student confidence.
