Our efforts are started from understanding the issues persist at the school with multiple stakeholder engagements with teachers, parents and the village representatives. Through this, we have identified four major issues: 

1. Need tutor support during and after school hours 
2. Mobility support from school to home 
3. Capacity gaps in school management committees (SMC) 
4. Urgent Infrastructural support

Part of our efforts, we appealed to CSR donors, governments, individual donors for support and NGOs to run campaigns. While our efforts are yet to become results, as of now, a consensus has emerged on what is required for the school and as a result children got benches and drinking water purifier as a first response. And a proposal has been submitted to the elected representative for infrastructural upgrades. While the fundraising campaigns are still active, we are in collaboration with the school management, engaging committed individuals occasionally for tuition and mobility support.
